Ronaldlyn Latham—fondly known as “Ronnie”—is a visionary author, speaker, and advocate for grieving mothers. She is the curator of Gracefully Broken Beautifully Restored, a powerful anthology that brings together the voices of thirteen courageous women who share their personal journeys through the devastating loss of a child and the path to healing.
A devoted team leader with Mending Hearts Ministry, an online community offering hope, love, and support to grieving moms, Ronaldlyn uses her own story of loss to help others find strength, peace, and purpose after heartbreak. She has spoken on numerous platforms and at various events, inspiring audiences with her message of restoration.

As a panelist for the IGNITE2025 Women’s Conference, Ronaldlyn will contribute to the Self-Care Track: Expect Joy—Embracing Grief, Gratitude, and Glory.
Professionally, Ronaldlyn serves as an Equal Opportunity Specialist with the federal government, where she brings her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Strayer University and her investigative acumen to her work. Born in Philadelphia and now living in Southern New Jersey, Ronaldlyn is a proud mother of two—a daughter and a beloved son in heaven. Her mission is clear: to help other mothers know that while grief may shape them, it does not have to define them.
